Zamar House

Established in 1902

Situated on the corner of 5th and Center Streets in Jerome, Arizona, the Zamar House was built in 1902 during the heyday of the United Verde Mine. A Zamar family member lived in the house continuously until the late 1980’s. The house has been extensively restored to reflect its historic integrity and character.

There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms and accommodations for up to seven guests. The upper and lower level offer amazing views of the Red Rocks of Sedona and the Verde Valley below from the wrap-around porches. The Zamar House has on-site parking off Center Street with room for two cars. Stairs from the property’s parking area provide direct access to the grounds and all entrances to the house. The property is spacious and designed for privacy with unparalleled views from many vantage points.

It is situated within walking distance via Center Street, one of the most level streets in Jerome, to the shops, restaurants, bars, and tasting rooms. The beauty, comfort, and privacy of this extraordinary property set in the quaint historic Town of Jerome will make it difficult to leave.
